We are Andrea and Michela (also known as Wendy), born and raised in Bra, Piedmont.
Allocco’s Kitchen is our fresh pasta lab and deli, where local tradition meets the flavors we brought back from living and working in Germany and the UK.

How it started

After more than 11 years abroad in hospitality, we felt a strong pull toward home.
We wanted to build something of our own: a place that combines the comfort of Italian cuisine with the dishes and ideas we fell in love with while living abroad.

Bra is not only our hometown, it’s also where the Slow Food movement was born. That’s why we focus on quality ingredients, seasonal cooking, and small local producers whenever possible.
